About Snowboard.com history:

CEO Rick Godwin moved out to Whistler from Toronto back in the 90's and started Snowboard.com. Wasen't till November 2000 that first real version was launched out of a small A frame house. Since then Snowboard.com grew and the new version was launched as Snowboard.com on the Colonies network. We are the same people doing the same thing, only now all of our niche communities can interact with eachother.

Stylewars 2008 - Day 3... Please let me go back to bed

Snowboard.com News: Wednesday, August 27, 2008

Day three of Stylewars competition ended up as a lay day after organisers and competitors deemed the weather too windy to hit the jumps.

This may not have been the worst outcome with hangovers affecting riders and organisers after Travis Rice's film premier of That's All, That's It and Bliss n Esso's live gig at the Silver Ski continued into the wee hours of the morning.
