I've been riding for 10 years. I started out at a little mountain in my home town in northern california, called Dodge Ridge. After high school I moved to north lake tahoe to snowboard (and go to college). Five years later I had a degree and was about to take off with my snowboarding career. HOWEVER, in '05 I compound fractured my knee cap on a down rail and had to get ER surgery to get some screws installed in it. It took exactly one year for me to get back to where I was and then about 2 weeks to pass up that point. 06-07 was my 2nd season back and I can honestly say that I got it back. I've never had a sponsor before, which isn't too big of a deal, but I could really use some help with equipment since I dont even have my own board to ride, my bindings are trash and my boots are packed out to the strength of a ballet slipper. My equipment is dangerous!

Anyway, snowboarding is everything to me. My dream is ultimately to ride for a living, but for now it is simply for my riding to be recognized for what it is and maybe get a little help with some gear so I can continue to progress at my full potential..
